100% Girl

Jesse and I had our another ultrasound on Dec 24th to re-check the babies lip and heart. The US went great, she sat still the entire time and the US tech was able to get great pictures of her! This time, we were told that we are 100% for sure having a little girl! Let the shopping begain right?!?! Our next US will not be until later in the pregnancy now so this will be the last picture for a while.. Isn't this picture cute though.. she is posed with her hand up by her face and she kind of looks like she is scrunching her face as if saying " please.. no more pictures.. with a big sigh..Her cheeks look a little puffed out don't they? Maybe she is praticing her mommies Monkey Face already!! Still trying to narrow down our names but it's so hard to decide on one! We are still debating on Payton Rose Saver, Olivia Rose Saver or Brynn Rose Saver.. Which one do you like?

What an amazing birthday present I received today! For the very first time, I was able to see the baby move!

Baby Micah Is Born!

Kitchen Update

Jesse and I are still trying to get all the remodeling done to the house that we have been putting off before the baby arrives. This weekend, we re-did the kitchen. I had a ton of Fat Chef items that I have been waiting to put up but needed to do the painting first. So yesterday was the day.. It looks SO much better now with a fresh coast of paint, new ceramic tile and accessories.

Bathroom Update

Over the weekend Jesse and I put in new tile in our bathroom and in our kitchen. We thought it was going to be a small job.. not so much! The results look amazing though, especially in the kitchen since it was SO outdated versus the bathroom which we re-did last summer. Here are some pics.. Still trying to download the before pics but having a hard time with that. At least you can see what we did with our Thanksgiving vacation.

IT'S A GIRL!!!

We had our 18 week ultrasound and prenatal visit today and we found out that we are having a girl! Both mom and dad are extremely happy! I was a little surprised as I thought forsure I was having a boy.. but how cute to have a girl and to be able to buy all sorts of cute little dresses! Plus, I have 2 nieces so she will have plenty of playmates at family gatherings. Still trying to figure out a name.. seems like the ones that daddy likes, I don't care for and vice versa. I am trying for Olivia so keep your fingers crossed! The ultrasound went great. The baby measured right on for all developmental tests and she looks very healthy. She was all hyped up again at this US as she was at the first one which made it difficult for the US tech to get a proper reading on her heart so we have to go back in 4 weeks for another US (X-mas Eve) We will also be able to confirm 100% that we are having a girl at that time also. Because the baby was moving around SO much, she was only able to tell us that she was 80% positive we were having a girl.. Wouldn't that be a hoot if in 4 weeks, we were having a boy! Ha Ha!!

Baby Update

A little baby update for yaw. Sunday marked my 18th week and tomorrow is my next OB appointment. The baby has been moving around like crazy these past few weeks which is so amazing! Pretty soon I will be able to go out and buy some cute outfits and little baby stuff! I will be posting more tomorrow after my OB appointment. Check back then!

Park High School 10 year class reunion

We had our first ultrasound today. We are 12 weeks pregnant. What an amazing thing to see! We thought the heartbeat was amazing but it doesn't hold a candle to actually seeing your little one on a screen right in front of you. Everything looks good according to the doctor. Baby is perfect size and length. Due date is still April 21st.

1st OB visit

We had our first OB visit today. We were able to hear the babies heart beat! 172 BPM. Everything looks great and we will be able to have our first ultrasound on 10/09/2007. How exciting!

Mom's 61st Birthday

Mexico Baby!!

Jesse and I went to Puarta Vallarta, Mexico for our honeymoon! We had a great time and our room was absolutly amazing but I would not recommend being pregnant while you are in Mexico!

Wedding Day!

Jesse and I couldn't have picked a better day or a better place to get married. It was absolutly georgous outside.. weather was perfect with a slight breeze and Murphy's Landing was beautiful with it's fall colors and the river as a backdrop. The wedding went off without a hitch and the reception was equally as beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding party. Everyone looked gorgeous and everyone pitched in to help us make our day perfect.. and perfect it was!

We are pregnant!

Jesse and I found out we were expecting today!!(my niece Rhiannon's birthday.) We are 5 weeks pregnant. Our due date is April 21st.
